pkluc Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement with Us

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pkluc ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://pkluc.pro ("the Platform"). pkluc reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the time period specified in the verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active pkluc account. Opening or operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkluc reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any open bets, and forfeit all balances held across those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkluc strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account. • Account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and held as a credit balance within the Platform.
• Account funds are not interest-bearing. pkluc does not pay interest on player balances.
• Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200, deducted from the account balance, provided the account has a positive balance.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any positive balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification.

pkluc accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits made in BDT. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are typically credited to your pkluc account in real time. In rare cases where a payment provider experiences delays, crediting may take up to 60 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within this window, please contact support with your payment reference number.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account.
• pkluc does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, individual payment providers may levy their own transaction charges.
• Deposit amounts may not be reversed by the player once the funds have been credited to the pkluc account. Disputes regarding unsuccessful deposits should be raised with support within 7 days of the transaction date.
• pkluc reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership (such as a screenshot of the mobile banking transaction confirmation) before crediting disputed deposit amounts.

Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes during standard operating hours and within 2 hours during overnight periods.

• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pkluc's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage over other players.
